You’ll be studying at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences—Lingen Campus. Theoretical and practical phases alternate in a block schedule, allowing you to apply what you’ve learned directly here with us.

During your practical phases, you’ll work in various departments and help further develop our digital processes.

What You’ll Learn with Us

Over the course of your studies, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and work on topics such as:

• Collaborating on exciting IT and digitalization projects
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Planning, developing, and maintaining modern information and communication systems
• Gaining insights into our IT and business departments, such as purchasing or sales
• Collaboration in cross‑functional project teams
• Development of sustainable and future‑oriented IT solutions

Standard duration of study: 3 years (6 semesters) Lectures in a block schedule Bachelor’s thesis on a practical topic from our company

In addition to your studies, you’ll complete an IHK apprenticeship. You can choose from the following apprenticeship programs:

Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/x) IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/x) IT Specialist for Application Development (m/f/x) IT Specialist for Data and Process Analysis (m/f/x)

What You Bring to the Team

• General or subject‑linked higher education entrance qualification
• Good performance in mathematics, German and English
• Very good PC skills and interest in new information technologies
• Interest in and understanding of (IT) technical and business processes and interrelationships
• Good ability to think abstractly and analytically
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
